- Co operation
- Strategy development and implementation
Key Points Teams can have multiple players passing through the minefield but for this to work they need to sort out their roles, communication process and be prepared to take risks in order to succeed. Most important part of this exercise is how well they provide communication to their blind folded players as once they are in the minefield the difference between moving one inch the wrong way is all that it takes to getting this team building activity wrong. What level of support can they create for each other as they must make sure that they suffer as few casualties as possible in this high energy challenge. The team will be confronted with many challenges during this activity mainly from the dynamics of their team. However, we have included a few extra, including: - Multiple teams transverse through the minefield
- Player calling out instructions is restricted to an area
- When teams succeed they can remove their blindfold and their bonus play is pick up a golf ball and with a golf club see if they can then score for their team into their teams scoring range. There are many activities that can be incorporated into this team building challenge.
